FAQ’s

What services do you offer?

We offer photography and videography services for real estate.

Based in Fontana, California, we serve real estate videography and photography services to a vast majority of the southern California region. Counties include, but are not limited to: San Bernadino county, Riverside county, Los Angeles county & Orange county.

Service locations outside of our 30 mile radius from 92336 are subject to additional travel charges of $1 per mile.

What areas do you serve?

It depends on the size of the property, and the types of media you require, however it generally takes between 1 - 2 hours for us to finish capturing the house.

How long does a session take?

Do you need someone to be present while you are at the propety?

No. Provided there is a lockbox with a key inside, all you have to do is let us know the code, and we can enter the property, and lock up when we are finished.

We suggest that you book at least 1 week in advance. This leaves time for either you, or the client to clean the home and get it ready for shoot day. It also helps us with scheduling on our end. We can, however, take bookings the same day, subject to our availability.

How far in advance do I need to book?

We can accept cash or check upon arrival to the property, or can accept payment via venmo prior to the shoot. Payment details will be given upon booking an appointment.

How do you accept payment?

We understand that things come up and plans may change last minute. Nothing is concrete in this world, and for that reason, rescheduling with us is free. We do however ask you to inform us as soon as you are aware there is a problem with the schedule. Travel fees will apply if you do not reshcedule at least 3 hours prior to the shoot.

Please note that we expect the property to be photo-ready for the time you set your appointment for. If we must wait longer than 30 minutes to be either let into the property, or if we must wait for the property to be prepared, you will be subject to a 50% additional fee. Should we have to wait over an hour, for the same reasons, or if you cancel the appointment after we arrive at the property, a 100% fee will be assessed. We hold the right to cancel an appointment where we are required to wait for over an hour past the agreed upon appointment time.

What is your reschedule/cancelation policy?

Although California has sun almost all-year round, we may have to return for exterior shots of the house if the weather conditions are poor. We will continue with interior shots, and return for exterior shots on the next available clear day.

What happens if it’s raining on the day of the shoot?
